Wild Food for the Soul
Our foraging ancestors ate a much wider range of vegetable food than we do today. Our bodies evolved to eat a wide diversity of food. There are harmful effects on our health from a restricted diet. Nutritionists urge us to eat five different vegetables and/or fruits per day. If you add wild food you can increase this to 10 or even 15 different foods per day.

On this course you will be shown how to identify in the field common edible plants that grow wild. You will also learn how to prepare and cook wild leaves so that even the most dedicated mass produced food eater will be converted.

This is a one day workshop with lunch and refreshments provided.

Date: Sunday April 28th 2013
